Our Story

From Bari to Manhattan, one panzerotto at a time.

I Love Panzerotti was founded in 2019 with the mission of exporting one of Italy's most beloved foods: the Apulian panzerotto. It was born from a crowdfunding campaign among 150 Italian friends — most of them Apulian and panzerotto lovers — who believed in an idea: to bring true Made in Italy to the world.

In New York, we opened three successful stores between 2019 and 2022 — acclaimed by the New York Times, Eater, and Gambero Rosso — before the pandemic forced us to close them. Today, we continue our journey with Milan, Turin, and Fort Lauderdale, strengthened by everything NYC taught us.

Certified Apulian re-milled durum wheat flour, wheat germ, EVO oil, sourdough. And then 18 fillings ranging from classic tomato-mozzarella to sweets with Nutella and pistachio cream.

Every panzerotto is a meal for a child.

For every unit sold, I Love Panzerotti donates 10 cents to Mary's Meals, an international charity that currently provides one meal a day to over 2.5 million children in their places of education.

93% of donations go directly to the beneficiaries. It is our charitable mission, foundational and non-negotiable.
